45ml Tequila Corazon Reposado 15ml Saliza Amaretto Veneziano 15ml Cold Brew Coffee (any good quality product will do) 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice 10ml Simple Syrup A rim of toasted almond sugar
A twist on an Espresso Martini with the beauty in the garnish. This garnish we will prep ahead of time. Dry toast some flaked almonds until they're only just browning. Leave them to cool. Crush them quite fine and mix, 1:1, with fine caster sugar. Well done! you've just made almond sugar!
So, rub a slice of lemon around the rim of your martini glass and gently roll, just the rim, through a wee pile of the almond sugar. Beautiful!
Get everything else into a Boston shaker with loads of ice and shake away! Double strain and pour, avoiding the edges. Kick back and enjoy!
